JUON NETWORK （ (Juon Network ）) aims to create a sustainable society by expanding a network in which cities and rural, mountainous, and fishing communities support one another through activities centered on experiences ・, exchanges ・, and support related to forests and other natural environments. Currently, we are promoting the widespread use of “Juon Disposable Chopsticks,” made from thinned timber ・ and domestically sourced wood. As introductory programs for volunteers, we organize the “Forest School （ Mori no Gakko ）” ・ forest management experience program and the “Field School （ Hatake no Gakko ）” farm support experience program. Furthermore, with the aim of developing volunteer talent, we run programs such as the “Satoyama ・ Forest Volunteer Introductory Course” ・ to train young leaders to participate in ongoing activities, as well as the “Eco-Server” certification program administered by JUON.
